In June, the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy on appeal by a citizen of the town canceled the PGT Cermenate as the SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment) was not made by a third party, as required by European law, but by a sector of the town of Cermenate. Question: hi c did the VAS for PGT Treviglio?

If the Council of State confermarà the pronunciation of the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court, the PGT of our city could be at risk for cancellation.
